Job summary

JLL is seeking an accomplished Scheduler to support scheduling operations for mission-critical capital projects and facilities. You will develop detailed schedules using Primavera P6, manage WBS and activity coding, and coordinate with design, cost, and project teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will analyze CPM schedules, monitor progress, and communicate status to stakeholders, applying risk analysis and recovery options for complex, high-value programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5–8 years of direct experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling principles.
• Experience with capital construction projects valued at $500M–$5B.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; establish WBS and activity coding.
• Define durations, logic, constraints, and dependencies with input from teams.
• Monitor progress; perform critical path and total float analyses.
• Prepare schedule status reports and visual presentations (Gantt/ milestones).
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors for integrated schedules.
• Support earned value reporting and schedule risk mitigation.
• Escalate significant risks with analysis and recommended actions.
