Job summary

JLL is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead complex, fast-track data center and mission-critical projects in the New York area. You will oversee day-to-day execution, coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, and ensure delivery on-time, on-budget, and safety standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction or facilities management, familiarity with mechanical/electrical systems, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction, facilities, or project management; data center exposure preferred.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building systems fundamentals.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and supporting procurement or RFP processes.
• Familiarity with construction documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Execute project delivery activities through planning, execution and closeout phases in accordance with approved project plans and senior leadership direction.
• Maintain project plans, logistics coordination, and integrated schedules; track milestones and elevate schedule or budget risks to senior project leadership.
• Manage project meetings, milestone events, and site visits; track action items and support communication across clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate closeout deliverables including as-builts, O&M manuals, and warranties.
