Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Staff Instrumentation & Controls Engineer, SCADA, to own governance and scale SCADA deployments across Crusoe data center projects in Denver. You will define standards, telemetry, and data structures to support cloud and customer systems, working with engineering peers to implement practical solutions.

You will bring 10+ years in mission-critical environments, deep Ignition SCADA expertise, and strong knowledge of Modbus TCP/IP, BACnet IP/MSTP, EtherNet/IP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mission-critical industrial control environments.
• Ignition SCADA platform expertise and version control experience.
• Familiar with Modbus TCP/IP, BACnet IP/MSTP, EtherNet/IP protocols and OT security basics.

Responsibilities

• Own SCADA governance across deployments and ensure data structures feed downstream systems.
• Draft tagging taxonomy and version control practices for multiple projects.
• Ensure governance frameworks are realistic for vendor field teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, vendors, and cloud teams to accelerate deployment velocity.
