Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Staff Instrumentation and Controls Engineer, Deployment to lead field deployment and integration of BMS/EPMS and SCADA in Crusoe's hyperscale data centers.

You will bridge engineering design and on-site execution, standardize deployment patterns, configure dashboards, mentor engineers, and ensure turn-key handover from construction to operation. Requires a Bachelor's in Electrical/Controls/Computer Engineering and strong PLC/SCADA experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience deploying, integrating, and starting up PLC, SCADA, BMS, and EPMS platforms.
• Deep knowledge of control protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT; experience with field devices.
• Strong leadership in deploying automation in data-center or high-availability environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead field deployment, integration, and startup of BMS/EPMS and SCADA systems across projects and sites.
• Enforce deployment standards and frameworks for controls rollsouts.
• Configure dashboards, HMIs, and operator workstations for clear visibility and control.
• Oversee system integrators and ensure conformance to design standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and OEMs on network integration and troubleshooting.
