Job summary

Crusoe, a leader in AI infrastructure, seeks a Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to own control system deliverables for modular data center platforms in Denver. You will drive I&C design, FAT execution, and field verification, mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with vendors to ensure production-ready modules.

The role emphasizes design ownership, process standardization, and hands-on collaboration across design, factory, and deployment sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Demonstrated ownership of I&C design deliverables through design and commissioning.
• Experience with industrial instrumentation, controls, and factory acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Own I&C design deliverables for building-level or major systems, from concept to as-built.
• Lead FAT protocols for control panels and modules; resolve discrepancies.
• Resolve substitutions and field deviations while updating control specs.
• Improve repeatable design packages and templates for platform scaling.
• Coordinate with panel fabricators, system integrators, and instrument suppliers.
• Coordinate control loop checkout, startup support, and field verification.
• Mentor Engineers I and II on standards and verification practices.
• Track deliverable schedules and flag risks early.
