Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of post-education experience in SCADA design for power generation, transmission, or distribution.
• Professional Engineer license or equivalent.
• Ability to lead teams and QA/QC adherence.
• Strong communication and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, engineering, and commissioning of utility SCADA projects for transmission and distribution.
• Coordinate electrical infrastructure design reviews for complex projects.
• Develop data transfer, HMI screens, and data routing for control centers.
• Design communications networks for RTUs, IEDs, HMIs, and related SCADA equipment.
• Mentor team members and manage project priorities and risk.
