• Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, or insurance.

• Willingness to travel extensively and reside in SC territory.

Responsibilities

• Own SC territory and drive new policy issuance and market share.
• Recruit and manage high-potential independent agencies.
• Develop strategic territory and agency plans aligned with growth.
• Maintain 15+ agency visits per week and document activity.
