This role offers autonomy to develop agency strategy, appoint new producers, strengthen partnerships, and influence market share and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in insurance territory management or field sales.
• Strong P&C industry and underwriting knowledge.
• Proven success growing agency relationships and production.
• Active P&C and/or E&S license.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
