Safepoint Insurance is seeking an Agency Relations Manager to build and maintain agency relationships along the coast of South Carolina. The role is based in your home office with travel required within the territory.

The ideal candidate will grow a profitable territory, prospect new agencies, and collaborate with teams on product and pricing decisions. Strong communication, presentation skills, and a persistent, interpersonal approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of account management and customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• In-depth Property & Casualty insurance knowledge including vehicle, home, business, fire, life, property, and bonds.
• Valid resident P&C license and reciprocal licensure where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Scout and identify potential agencies for specific insurance programs.
• Develop and maintain agency relationships to grow territory.
• Design and execute marketing plans to attract and retain business.
• Represent the company at trade associations and events to promote products.
• Collaborate with teams on product, pricing, and agency management decisions.
