Job summary

The position is exempt, full-time, with incentive eligibility and a lending authority up to $750,000. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5 years SBA experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Five (5) years of SBA experience, commercial loan underwriting, financial analysis or portfolio management experience.
• Underwriter to review SBA applications and prepare credit memos.
• Eligible for individual lending authority up to $750,000.

Responsibilities

• Review SBA applications following Pre-Underwriting Review.
• Evaluate loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility.
• Prepare detailed credit memos outlining terms and risk mitigations.
• Mentor SBA Underwriter I and II.
• Handle applications up to $750,000.
