Responsibilities

• Provide first-line risk oversight and escalate issues as needed.
• Serve as SME for Fulfillment Specialists on closing, funding, and booking issues.
• Troubleshoot roadblocks and escalate when necessary.
• Coach on documentation, funding mechanics, and policy interpretation.
• Review complex work and ensure accurate funding packages.
