Job summary

Redemption Bank is seeking an experienced Loan Operations Manager in Utah to personally process SBA, equipment leasing, and other credit files from application through closing and funding. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of direct SBA loan processing experience in a financial institution.
• Experience processing SBA loans, equipment leasing, and loan funding through closing.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation, closing coordination, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process SBA and other loan files from application to closing and funding.
• Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, and third parties to obtain required documents.
• Mentor and train junior processors as the team grows.
