Role Description

The Loan Processor role at Redemption Bank is a full-time, on-site position based in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and organizing loan application documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. The Loan Processor will communicate regularly with applicants, loan officers, and underwriters to clarify information, resolve discrepancies, and move files efficiently through the approval process. Daily tasks include verifying applicant data, preparing and updating loan files, checking compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and coordinating closing documentation. The role also involves monitoring loan pipelines, meeting turnaround time expectations, and supporting a positive borrower experience.
