Qualifications

• Experience with Loans and Loan Processing.
• Managing loan documentation and reviewing Loan Documents.
• Strong communication with applicants, loan officers, and underwriting teams.
• Familiarity with Underwriting processes and requirements.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and consumer lending practices is beneficial.
• Experience with loan origination systems and digital banking platforms is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and organize loan application documentation for completeness.
• Communicate with applicants, loan officers, and underwriters to clarify information.
• Verify applicant data and prepare/update loan files.
• Check compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate closing documentation and monitor loan pipelines.
• Meet turnaround time expectations and support borrower experience.
