Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of commercial lending or banking operations experience, including 5+ years SBA 7(a)/504 lending.
• 3+ years of demonstrated people-management experience with training and development responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of SBA eligibility, loan documentation, 1502 reporting, portfolio management, collections, liquidation, and SBA SOPs.
• Ability to establish procedures, lead operational change, prepare for audits, and resolve complex documentation or compliance issues.
• Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage SBA loan portfolio servicing to ensure compliance with SBA SOPs and lender policies.
• Oversee borrower requests, modifications, deferments, and servicing actions including collateral changes.
• Ensure timely loan payments, escrow management, and other servicing tasks.
• Oversee SBA loan liquidation and collection efforts in compliance with SBA guidelines.
• Collaborate with legal and recovery teams to develop liquidation strategies.
• Coordinate with Credit Administration to monitor past-due accounts and coordinate charge-offs.
