Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in commercial lending including SBA 7(a) and/or 504, plus 3+ years of people management and strong knowledge of SBA SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of commercial lending or banking operations experience, including 5 years SBA lending.
• 3+ years of people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage SBA loan servicing and ensure compliance with SBA SOPs and lender policies.
• Oversee SBA 1502 reporting and reconcile loan data discrepancies.
• Review SBA loan files for completeness and submit to SBA.
