Qualifications

• MS Food Science or MBA preferred; advanced degree favored.
• BS in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering or Business required.
• 5+ years commercial, marketing or business experience.
• 7+ years in flavor or food ingredient business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3–5 year category strategy and annual operating plan; set revenue and profit targets.
• Initiate and lead programs to maximize margins; establish pricing targets.
• Define category and customer priorities and execute annual plan with sales; support account plans.
• Collaborate with sales on key account activities, marketing initiatives and relationship management.
• Manage category portfolio design, positioning and technology projects; drive commercialization.
• Monitor and manage project flows with applications, innovation and marketing to meet timelines and costs.
