Job summary

Mars is seeking a Senior Manager, Savory Portfolio Strategy in Chicago, IL. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and storytelling, guiding brand and revenue growth for our savory portfolio, including Cheez-It and Pringles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA/graduate degree a plus.
Significant experience in CPG or related industry with portfolio strategy/finance focus.
Exceptional PowerPoint skills and data presentation, with ability to present to internal/external audiences.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data tools.
Strong business acumen and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Build impactful, data-driven presentations for C-level and senior leaders.
Serve as strategic thought partner to define problems and drive growth solutions.
Present to internal stakeholders including meetings and leadership forums.
Manage two direct reports in Portfolio & Innovation and support cross‑functional teams.
Oversee deep-dive analyses of financial, category, and brand performance to recommend solutions.
