Job summary

COMTECH TELECOMMUNICATIONS is hiring a Program Manager IV to oversee delivery of customer satellite communications networks from development through deployment and ongoing support. You will serve as the primary client contact for all program activities and manage service agreements to maximize renewals.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing concurrent programs, and presenting updates to senior leadership. Travel up to ~10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplined, cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing concurrent programs.
• Strong communication with customers and senior leadership.
• Knowledge of government procurement, contracting, and standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers as lead point-of-contact for program activities and support agreements.
• Deliver successful end-to-end communications network deployments.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and customers.
• Achieve customer satisfaction through on-time service delivery and issue resolution.
• Coordinate technical resources within the company.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Review status reports and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate across global time zones for software/hardware issues.
