Job summary

Cobham Satcom in Concord, CA is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Antenna & Radome Systems to lead large-scale development and production programs for government and enterprise customers.

You will own the full lifecycle from development through production, driving schedule, cost, and performance while interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams. Up to 10% travel supports global missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of project or program management in technical environments.
• Experience with electro-mechanical systems, antennas, radomes, RF/SATCOM.
• Proven interface with external customers and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex antenna, radome, and RF/SATCOM programs across full lifecycle.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance to meet objectives.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project or equivalent.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and customers.
• Lead program reviews, design reviews, and executive briefings.
• Interface with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
