Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead an Operations & Maintenance program supporting SATCOM infrastructure and global mobility communications. The role serves as the single point of accountability for performance across operations, engineering, cybersecurity, and subcontractor management in a 24x7x365 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field.
• 12+ years leading large-scale DoD programs (SATCOM, O&M, or enterprise IT environments).
• 10+ years managing 24x7x365 operations across geographically distributed teams.
• Strong experience with DoD cybersecurity frameworks (RMF, DFARS, CTSP, IAVA).
• DoD subcontractor management in multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Overall program execution and delivery of contractual requirements, ensuring mission availability and SLA performance.
• Interface with Government stakeholders and provide program status, risk management, and performance reporting.
• Manage multi-vendor subcontractors and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Lead transition-in planning and execution, ensuring continuity and license compliance.
• Establish metrics-driven program oversight with KPIs, MMR, MSR, and PMR briefings.
• Maintain high-tempo mission operations with strict availability (≥99.9%).
