Job summary

COMTECH TELECOMMUNICATIONS is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead the delivery of customer satellite communications projects from solution development through deployment and ongoing service support.

You will interface with customers as the main point of contact, manage cross-functional teams, and monitor budgets and schedules, delivering status to senior leadership. Travel ~10%; PgMP/PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, or related field.
• PgMP/PMP Certification preferred.
• 5–10 years of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with customers as the lead point-of-contact for all program activities and ongoing support agreements.
• Deliver successful major end-to-end communications network deployment.
• Manage the activities of the project to ensure budget and schedule criteria are upheld.
• Prepare and present project status reports for management, project staff and/or customers.
• Achieve customer satisfaction through on-time delivery of service, resolving issues proactively.
• Provide coordination of technical resources within the company.
• Assess risks and implement risk mitigation plans as required.
• Review status reports and modify schedules or plans as required.
