Job summary

COMTECH TELECOMMUNICATIONS seeks a Program Manager IV to lead satellite communications deployments for government and commercial customers. You will drive cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5–10 years of program management experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and PMP/PgMP is preferred. Travel up to 10% may be required; remote options are available.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Program/Project Management Professional (PgMP/PMP) Certification(preferred).
• Knowledge of Government procurement, contracting, and standards and specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with customers as the lead point of contact for all program activities.
• Deliver successful major end-to-end communications network deployments.
• Manage project budget and schedule criteria to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and present project status reports for management and customers.
• Coordinate technical resources and mitigate risks across global time zones.
