Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a senior SAP transformation professional to lead large, complex technology programs, including SuccessFactors and Payroll Cloud implementations, with on- and off-shore teams. You will drive scope, risk management, and client value across transformation initiatives.

Travel to client sites will be regular, and you will collaborate across streams to ensure high-quality deliverables, profitability, and ongoing service excellence. Strong SAP and consulting background required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors experience
• Minimum of2full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
• Certified in SuccessFactors.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
