Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a transformation consultant to lead SAP programs, guiding large-scale SAP projects from discovery to go-live. You’ll manage workstreams, drive client value, and collaborate across teams in a global delivery model. Travel to client sites is required.

You should bring 4+ years in SAP transformation or 8 years in related experience, 3+ years EC Payroll, and at least one full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 4+ years SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years Employee Central Payroll experience
• Experience with a minimum of 1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model
• Certified in EC Payroll applications, and Payroll module
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
• Interact with clients, manage workstreams, and collaborate with other teams across multiple workstreams
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
• Tweak methods, tools and procedures to create client-focused solutions
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Document requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
• Travel may be required; travel amount to vary 0–100% depending on client needs
