Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP transformation leader with a deep background in Employee Central Payroll and SAP Payroll Cloud implementations. You will manage large, complex technology projects, lead cross-functional teams, and drive responsible delivery of transformation programs for clients across the United States.

You will collaborate with sponsors, manage scope and risk, and mentor teams while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience with Employee Central Payroll.
• 4+ years of SAP transformation, advisory or consulting, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• 2 full lifecycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
• 2+ years as Project/Large Workstream/Client Lead on large SAP projects with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications and Payroll module.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associate’s Degree with 6 years acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of large, complex technology projects with scope and risk management.
• Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led.
• Demonstrate how SAP解决 business problems to clients.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams and client interactions.
• Oversee workstreams and project activities; ensure quality and profitability.
• Coordinate across technical, reports, conversion, change management, and PMO teams.
• Document requirements, solutions, impacts, and final decisions.
