Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation leader to help clients navigate SAP transformations and digitization. You will guide multi‑year programs, define requirements, and shape solutions across SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Travel to client sites is expected, with opportunities to work remotely. The role requires 5+ years in SAP transformation or equivalent, and 2+ years leading large SAP programs in a global delivery model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Employee Central/Time.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time certification.
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.
