Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice is seeking a transformation leader to drive large, complex SAP projects. You will guide delivery, lead workstreams, and partner with sponsors to manage scope and risk while leveraging SAP Payroll and HR cloud solutions.

You will travel to client sites, mentor teams, and shape transformation programs from inception to success, applying design thinking and agile methods across SAP Leonardo, S/4HANA and cloud offerings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience with Employee Central Payroll.
• 4+ years SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting.
• 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
• 2+ years as Project/Workstream/Client Lead on SAP projects.
• Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of large, complex technology projects with scope and risk governance.
• Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how SAP can solve business problems.
• Lead teams, interact with sponsors, and manage multiple workstreams.
• Run workstream or project activities and ensure quality and profitability.
• Coordinate across technical, reporting, conversion, and change-management streams.
• Document requirements, solutions, and decisions; adjust methods as needed.
