Job summary

Accenture seeks a transformation expert to lead large SuccessFactors initiatives for clients. You will drive delivery, scope, and risk while shaping programs across domains and platforms, including compensation configurations. Expect travel and close collaboration with sponsors and cross-functional teams to deliver SAP-based solutions.

You will lead client engagements, configure SuccessFactors, and ensure value realization through disciplined program governance and robust change management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SuccessFactors Compensation and Compensation Strategy experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a Project Lead on large transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other SuccessFactors areas.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; associate degree with 6 years considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
• Work in a team wearing many hats—interacting with clients, managing workstreams, and coordinating with other teams.
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given.
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality.
• Interact with all workstreams—technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more.
• Tweak methods, tools and procedures to meet clients’ needs.
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions.
• Document requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions.
