Job summary

Accenture is seeking a SAP Transformation Consultant to lead large-scale SAP transformations, focusing on Employee Central/Time and SAP SuccessFactors modules. You will guide clients through design, delivery, and adoption in a global delivery model with travel to client sites or remote work options.

Requirements include 5+ years in SAP transformation or 8+ years in related industry, 2+ years leading large SAP projects, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time/Time Management certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformation project in a global delivery model.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Employee Central/Time.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time certification.
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
• Develop and support proofs of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Support change management efforts to facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Travel may be required with varying intensity depending on client needs.
