Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation leader to manage the delivery of large SAP programs, including Employee Central Payroll and SAP Cloud implementations. You will work across multiple workstreams, engage with sponsors, and guide clients through transformation journeys.

Travel to client sites will be required. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in ERP, SAP Payroll, and experience leading large SAP transformations with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience with Employee Central Payroll or equivalent.
• 4+ years as SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting.
• 2+ full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
• 2+ years leading large SAP transformational projects with on/off-shore resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large, complex SAP projects with scope and risk management.
• Kick-start transformation programs and show clients how SAP solves business problems.
• Run workstreams and collaborate across technical, reports, conversion, and change teams.
• Travel to client sites as needed; manage profitability and service quality.
