Accenture’s SAP practice seeks a Business Architecture Associate Manager to drive recruiting and transformation programs for clients. The role blends advisory work, project leadership, and hands-on SAP recruitment configuration across multiple client sites.

You will mentor teams, define solution designs, and help clients achieve digitization goals through SAP Talent and HR solutions with regular travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and/or SmartRecruiter experience.
• 3+ years of SAP implementation or transformation experience.
• 3+ years in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or related skillset.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on best practices for SAP recruitment processes.
• Lead and coach project staff and manage performance.
• Provide design options using prototypes and walkthroughs.
• Set up, test, and apply SAP methodologies and configurations.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to align on transformation goals.
