Acuity Inc. is seeking an HR Technology Solutions Architect to design, govern, and implement end-to-end HR solutions. The role spans SAP SuccessFactors, finance interfaces, and global data governance to deliver scalable, secure experiences.

You will lead architecture reviews, data standards, and integration strategies while coordinating with HR leaders, product managers, and IT. Travel 1–20% is typical.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in enterprise applications, HR technology, or solution architecture.
• 5+ years leading teams, platforms, or architecture in a global, matrixed environment.
• Deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise, Employee Central, with SAP cert.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, data, APIs, and analytics.
• Experience guiding global implementations and stakeholder alignment.

Aufgaben

• Design end-to-end HR solution architecture across SAP SuccessFactors and integrations.
• Govern data structures, permissions, and master data for global HR standards.
• Lead implementation reviews, risk assessment, and release planning.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
• Drive architecture governance and investment recommendations at senior levels.
