This hybrid role designs, governs, and implements end-to-end HR solutions across the HR technology landscape, linking HR with finance and other systems to deliver secure, scalable experiences globally. You will own platform strategy, data architecture, and integrations, partner with HR leaders, manage governance, security, and privacy, and guide implementations from design through go‑live while reporting to senior

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise applications or HR technology.
• 5+ years leading teams, platforms, or architecture in a global environment.
• Deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise, particularly Employee Central.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, data architecture, and analytics.
• Experience leading global implementations and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cloud, Agile delivery, security, privacy, and audit controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution strategy and target architecture for the HR technology ecosystem.
• Act as the primary architecture authority for HR solutions and data flows.
• Align platform capabilities with enterprise priorities across core HR functions.
• Partner with HR leaders to standardize and digitize end-to-end workflows.
• Govern configuration, extensions, releases, and integrations (Workforce, ECP, Walkme, ServiceNow).
• Lead design reviews for security, scalability, and performance.
• Report progress, risks, decisions, and value to senior leaders.
