Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors specialist to advise clients on transformation and HR technology programs. You will guide design, implementation, and integrations, delivering precise functional and technical specifications while collaborating across teams.

The role emphasizes client-facing leadership, solution architecture, and staying ahead of SAP SuccessFactors trends to drive measurable outcomes for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Strategy methods and SAP Implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Discover the opportunity to influence and advise with confidence as a subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Guide clients on the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Identify project scope and define clear requirements for business and technology transformation.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful SAP SuccessFactors deployments and integrations.
• Develop proofs of concept, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and client support during and after implementation.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors trends and best practices and share knowledge with team and clients.
• Leverage expertise to enhance project outcomes and deliver value.
