Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking an HR Technology Solutions Architect to design and govern the HR technology landscape, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce, and integration with finance systems. You will drive end-to-end architecture, data standards, and secure, scalable solutions globally.

Partner with HR leaders and engineers to simplify processes, govern data, and lead deployments from design through go-live, with travel as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems, CS, engineering, or business.
• SAP SuccessFactors expertise with end-to-end HR, talent, payroll, and analytics integrations.
• ~10+ years in enterprise applications or HR tech; 5+ years leading global teams or architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end HR solution strategy and target architecture for HR ecosystem.
• Govern data flows, integrations, and platform standards across HR and finance.
• Lead implementation and design reviews, ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR leaders, product managers, and IT teams to translate decisions into actionable plans.
