Accenture is seeking a Transformation leader for our SAP SuccessFactors practice in Atlanta. You will manage delivery of large, complex technology projects, guide transformation programs, and help clients leverage SAP to solve business problems.

You will work with cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore resources, travel up to 100% as needed, and contribute to profitability through high-quality service delivery.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SuccessFactors Compensation and Compensation Strategy experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other SuccessFactors areas.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsabilidades

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats and may be in charge.
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given.
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality.
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more.
• Tweak methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs.
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions.
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions.
• Travel may be required for this role with 0–100% variation depending on client needs
