Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors expert to lead transformation initiatives, advising clients on design and implementation of SuccessFactors solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to define scope, develop functional specs, and ensure successful deployments across client landscapes.

You will leverage deep knowledge in reporting and analytics, HR strategy, and system integrations to drive transformation programs, with travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Strategy methods and SAP Implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors advising across multiple groups.
• Guide design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Define requirements and scope to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications for development and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Develop and support proofs of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs.
• Provide ongoing technical support during and after implementation and share knowledge with clients.
• Travel may be required (0–100%), depending on business needs and client requirements.
