Accenture’s SAP practice is seeking a transformation maven to help clients meet digitization challenges. You’ll lead large, complex SAP projects, configure SuccessFactors solutions, and partner with sponsors to manage scope, risk, and profitability.

Travel to client sites will be required. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience, 3+ years in Compensation, and a project-lead track record on large programs, plus Certification in SuccessFactors

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• 3+ years of SuccessFactors Compensation and Compensation Strategy experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other SuccessFactors areas.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsabilités

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
