Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors advisor to guide transformation and deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations for clients. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and drive project scope across multiple teams and stakeholders.

You will lead complex analytics work, integrations with other systems, and concept validation, staying current with best practices in HR technology. Extensive travel may be required as client needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Strategy methods and SAP Implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Discover the opportunity to influence and advise with confidence. You will be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience in SAP SuccessFactors, guiding decisions that impact multiple groups.
• Work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including integrations with other systems
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team and clients
• Leverage deep functional, industry, or offering expertise to enhance project outcomes and deliver value
