Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior SAP SuccessFactors transformation advisor in the United States. You will guide design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, lead cross-functional teams, and define project scope to enable business transformation.

The role demands deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise, strong client engagement, and experience across multiple modules. Travel may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Strategy methods and SAP Implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Discover the opportunity to influence and advise with confidence as a subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Guide clients on design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation.
• Create functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including integrations.
• Develop and support proofs of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs.
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after implementation.
• Keep up to date with SAP SuccessFactors trends and share knowledge with team and clients.
• Leverage expertise to enhance project outcomes and value.
