Accenture is seeking a SAP/SuccessFactors leader to drive large, complex transformations for clients. You will guide delivery, manage scope and risk, and demonstrate how SAP solutions unlock business value. Frequent client interaction and team leadership are required.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in SuccessFactors, hands-on compensation expertise, and a track record of delivering large initiatives with distributed teams, including offshore resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SuccessFactors Compensation experience.
• Minimum 3 years leading large transformational projects with on/offshore resources.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other areas.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of large, complex SAP-related projects with appropriate frameworks.
• Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led.
• Demonstrate SAP value to clients and solve business problems.
• Lead multi-hat teams across client workstreams and internal teams.
• Oversee workstreams, project activities, and ensure service quality.
