Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors consultant to guide clients through transformation and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will engage with stakeholders to define requirements, develop specifications, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value across multiple industries.

The role requires deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, analytics, and data integration, with extensive client-facing experience. Travel up to 0–100% is expected depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Strategy methods and SAP Implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) (If an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsabilités

• Guide decisions on SAP SuccessFactors with deep knowledge across multiple groups.
• Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients.
• Define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications for development and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Develop proofs of concept, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Provide ongoing technical support to clients during and after implementation.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors trends and share knowledge with team and clients.
• Leverage domain expertise to enhance project outcomes and deliver value.
