Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice seeks a transformation maven to help clients navigate digitization through SAP solutions, including SuccessFactors. You’ll lead large, complex programs, guide workstreams, manage scope and risk, and travel to client sites as required.

You’ll show clients how SAP can solve business problems, collaborate with sponsors and teams, and drive profitability while delivering high-quality service. A track record in SF implementations and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum 3 year of SuccessFactors Compensation and Compensation Strategy experience.
• Minimum 3 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other SuccessFactors areas.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats—interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
