Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice is seeking a transformation-focused leader to drive SuccessFactors implementations and large-scale transformations for diverse clients in the United States. You’ll coach teams, manage complex workstreams, and ensure value delivery across functional domains and offshore/onshore resources.

You’ll apply your deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Compensation, configuration, and program management to deliver measurable outcomes. Travel will be regular to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SuccessFactors Compensation experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a Project/Workstream/Client Lead on large transformations.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other areas.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; associate option if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks.
• Kick-start transformation programs and drive client value.
• Show clients how SAP/SuccessFactors can solve business problems.
• Lead teams, manage workstreams, and coordinate with multiple groups.
• Drive profitability and service quality across projects.
• Communicate requirements, solutions, and decisions clearly.
