Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation maven with SAP SuccessFactors expertise to drive large, complex implementations and programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage sponsors, and steer scope and risk while traveling to client sites as needed.

You bring 5+ years in SuccessFactors implementation or transformation, plus 3+ years in Compensation and large project leadership, with a degree or equivalent experience and certification in SuccessFactors modules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SuccessFactors Compensation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading large transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other SuccessFactors areas.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; or an Associate’s with 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects with appropriate frameworks.
• Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how SAP solutions can solve business problems.
• Lead and coordinate teams across workstreams and client sites.
• Run workstreams and project activities; drive profitability and service quality.
• Coordinate across technical, reports, conversion, change management, and project management workstreams.
