Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice seeks a transformation leader with deep SAP SuccessFactors experience to drive large, complex projects for global clients. You will manage cross-functional teams, govern scope and risk, and deliver optimization through compensation strategies and platform-led transformations.

You’ll travel to client sites regularly, partnering with Sponsors and teams to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes and sustained profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum 3 year of SuccessFactors Compensation and Compensation Strategy experience.
• Minimum 3 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other SuccessFactors areas.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
