Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice is seeking a transformation maven to help clients digitize and win with SAP solutions. You’ll lead large, complex SAP projects, engage sponsors, manage scope and risk, and travel regularly to client sites.

With 5+ years of SuccessFactors experience and a track record managing multi‑discipline teams, you’ll configure SuccessFactors, coordinate offshore/onshore resources, and drive outcomes that align with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other SuccessFactors areas.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
• Lead a team, interact with clients, manage workstreams, and coordinate with other teams.
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given.
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality.
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more.
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs.
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions.
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions.
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
