Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors leader to drive large-scale transformation programs. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, align with sponsors on scope and risk, and deliver SAP SuccessFactors solutions across client organizations.

The role requires travel to client sites, strong program leadership, and deep knowledge of Compensation and related SuccessFactors modules. A bachelor’s degree is expected with certifications in SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• 3+ years of SuccessFactors Compensation experience.
• 3+ years leading large transformation projects with on/offshore resources.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other areas.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of large, complex technology projects with appropriate governance.
• Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how SAP solutions solve business problems.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional workstreams with clients and teams.
• Drive profitability and service quality across projects.
• Interact with technical, reporting, data conversion and change-management workstreams.
