Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors transformation consultant to guide design and implementation across client organizations. You will advise on requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful SAP SuccessFactors deployments with integrations to other systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical advisory, proof-of-concept development, and ongoing knowledge transfer to clients and teams, with travel as required by engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR strategy methods and SAP implementations.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Discover opportunities to influence and advise with confidence; act as SME for SAP SuccessFactors across groups.
• Guide design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients.
• Define project scope and clear requirements for business and technology transformation.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications for development and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including integrations.
• Develop proofs of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support during and after implementation.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors trends and share knowledge with team and clients.
• Leverage domain expertise to enhance project outcomes and value.
